Shop Administrative Assistant (Finance)

The Shop Administrative Assistant supports with shop duties including anticipative change planning and stop work order administrative duties, data input, shop organization and assists management with other duties as assigned.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Assists MRO team with administrative duties relating to anticipative change planning and stop work orders
  • Assists MRO team with maintaining shop specific databases.
  • Communicate and coordinate updates/changes with various departments
  • Accurately typing data into databases or spreadsheets
  • Assists MRO team with other duties as assigned.
  • Conducts oneself in accordance with Company's Core Values.

QUALIFICATIONS
  • High school diploma or equivalent required
  • Two years' experience in an administrative and/or office environment in maintenance or service related field preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with ability to interact with team members to compile and deliver information.
  • Experience with an electronic file maintenance and tracking system preferred
  • Reliability, adaptability, and the ability to solve problems as they arise is essential
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to work independently and in a team on various projects with multiple priorities and deadlines in a fast paced environment
  • Intermediate experience in Microsoft office applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint preferred.
  • Ability to learn additional customized computer programs and software is essential
