Lead Site Reliability Engineer (Finance)
Work with the product and development teams to continue to scale our application and infrastructure while ensuring performance and high availability. Develop systems and software that increase site reliability and performance and be part of building an SRE competency within the Digital organization at Hilton. Collaborate with the development team on defining Service Level Indicators (SLIs) that represent the health of their service. Monitor production/non-production systems and help solve problems, leveraging tools including Dynatrace and Splunk. Help evolve the CI/CD pipeline leveraging SLIs and other monitorability works. Assist with automating testing strategies to determine quality gates for a production deployment. Scale systems sustainably through mechanisms like automation and evolve systems by pushing for changes that improve reliability and velocity. Job requires up to 10% of domestic travel.
Salary: $125,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year

Requirements:
Master's degree or equivalent in Technology, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field and one (1) year of experience in DevOps engineering, technology, or a related position.
Requires experience with software/platform design and implementation experience; utilizing CI/CD pipeline; using EKS, Bamboo, Jenkins, Docker, and Splunk; aligning business capabilities to IT solutions; and experience with Dynatrace.
