As an LVN, you'll:
- Deliver direct nursing care with warmth and professionalism.
- Supervise nursing assistants and support staff during your shift.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure top-tier care.
- Maintain compliance with all federal, state, and facility regulations
- A current California LVN license.
- A heart for patient-centered care.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in long-term or post-acute care is a plus!
