(Summer help) Maintenance Clerk (Finance)
Position: Maintenance Clerk (Temporary through August)
Pay: $18.50/hour
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 6:00 AM - 2:00 PM
Location: Clintonvile, WI
Overview:
We're looking for a detail-oriented Maintenance Clerk to support our Maintenance and Engineering team. This is a temporary role through the end of August. You'll assist with data entry, inventory management, work order tracking, and general support for the department.
Key Responsibilities:
- Retrieve and analyze maintenance records to identify improvement opportunities
- Support technicians with information, training, and locating parts
- Create and update work orders, run reports, and enter data in PMC
- Assist with plant reliability initiatives and zone ownership
- Conduct cycle counts and maintain inventory accuracy
- Follow all GMP guidelines and report food safety issues
What We're Looking For:
- Strong problem-solving and organizational skills
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks
- Solid written and verbal communication skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, etc.)
- Experience with Microsoft Access or databases is a plus
