Account Installation Senior Analyst - Cigna Healthcare - Remote (Finance)



The Account Installation Senior Analyst will provide support for the end-to-end implementation process for Client Operations. This is a client facing role where you'll assist with the administration of assigned accounts, such as billing set up, eligibility collection, database loading, customer education materials and other account installation responsibilities.

What you'll Do:

  • Partner with Implementation Manager to answer benefit questions related to plan designs, client's plan interpretation, and Cigna's service administration capabilities.
  • Resolve non-routine / complex issues escalated from the Implementation team
  • Act as the Subject Matter expert (SME) to the sales team and Implementation team
  • Create and maintain final employer Dental Benefit Summaries and SBDCs. Ensure source documents are maintained in the document storage process
  • Attend internal strategy meetings to assist the Implementation Manager with preparation for client interface sessions
  • Provide support with end-to-end audits to review disjoints in source documents
  • Produce work fallout reports and coordinate with Implementation Manager on maintenance activity/updates needed
  • May assist with coaching and mentoring and identify opportunities to improve operational performance

Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED required
  • 2+ years of experience with Cigna's administrative capabilities including benefits, eligibility, ID cards, billing and banking, preferred
  • 2+ years of experience working with matrix partner relationships and effectively resolving issues, required
  • 2+ years of experience with multiple software and system-based applications, including database and spreadsheets, preferred
  • Proficient with Microsoft office products; (i.e., Excel, Outlook, and Word), required
  • Project management experience, preferred
  • Ability to independently manage divergent priorities and client expectations for mutually acceptable solutions, required

If you will be working at home occasionally or permanently, the internet connection must be obtained through a cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 10Mbps download/5Mbps upload.

For this position, we anticipate offering an annual salary of 54,100 - 90,100 USD / yearly, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
