Branch Manager (Project Management)
Fox Pest Control is looking for a Branch Manager. As a Branch Manager at Fox Pest Control, you will play a key role in client relations and overall company growth. Your responsibilities include achieving goals in Service Completion, Customer Service Satisfaction, Hiring, and Retention goals. - Competitive Salary: Base pay of $80,000 to $85,000 per year salary

Responsibilities
A Day in the Life of a Branch Manager
- Represent the Fox Core Values
- Monitor KPIs and implement performance improvement strategies
- Manage P&Ls, budgets, and branch-level financials
- Communicate regularly with the Region Manager and Region Assistant
- Evaluate and mentor Service Managers and Technicians to ensure strong leadership and leadership development.
- Oversee branch development and growth
- Engage in ongoing personal leadership development through books and leadership discussions
- Drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction across the branch
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- 5-10+ Years of management experience in Business/Operations - all relevant route-based businesses are considered (Beverage, Delivery, Uniform, Vending, etc.)
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
- Previous experience in the pest control or lawn care industry (preferred)
- Previous experience managing a business budget and expenses
- Understanding of industry standards and state/federal regulations
- Proven ability to honestly and ethically close a sale
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong leadership and project management skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Current Driver's License
- Authorized to work in the United States
