Pricing Analyst (Finance)



As a Pricing Analyst here at Honeywell, you will analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive pricing initiatives. Your strong analytical skills and proficiency in data analysis and pricing tools will enable you to perform pricing analysis and provide recommendations for pricing decisions. You will monitor and evaluate pricing performance, adjusting as needed.

You will work a hybrid work schedule out of our Morris Plains, NJ location.

Hybrid Work Schedule Note: For the first 90 days, New Hires must be prepared to work 100% onsite M-F.

In this role, you will impact the organization by optimizing pricing strategies, maximizing revenue generation, and improving profitability. By collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will drive pricing initiatives and achieve business objectives, fostering alignment and ensuring the successful implementation of pricing strategies.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Be the owner of pricing processes, results, and strategies in the Specialty Additives business
  • Develop and implement pricing strategies to optimize profitability including floor pricing targets and list price optimization
  • Analyze market trends and competitive landscape to identify pricing opportunities and consolidate market intelligence
  • Collaborate with sales, customer experience, and product management to improve pricing accuracy in SAP
  • Manage PROS Control for pricing updates including quote management and price lists
  • Coordinate with Pricing COE to monitor and evaluate pricing performance and make adjustments as needed
  • Manage a monthly process to monitor costs and make suggestions on pricing pass throughs and surcharges

COMPENSATION:

  • The Salary range for this position is $67K - 95K.
  • The actual base salary offer will depend on a variety of factors including experience, education, geography and other relevant factors.
  • This role will remain open for application until an offer is accepted.

This position is intended to convey to the new, independent company, to be named Solstice Advanced Materials when the separation occurs. This is expected to occur in late 2025 or early 2026.

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in pricing or related field

WE VALUE

  • Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance Math, Engineering, Marketing or Management preferred
  • Experience performing financial data analysis using Microsoft Excel, R, or Python and data visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
  • Experience using statistics to estimate potential impacts of actions
  • in multi-functional team
  • Experience with pricing software analysis suites such as PROS Control or Vendavo
  • Ability to work independently and collaborate
  • Strong business acumen and understanding of market dynamics
