Customer Service Support Analyst (Administrative)
The Customer Service Operations Analyst is responsible for providing support to the sales team and customers by managing customer purchase orders and coordinating internally with sales and supply chain teams to maintain high levels of service.
This is a hybrid position with 3 days on-site per week at our Chesterfield, MO location.
How you will make an impact:
Receive customer purchase orders and process for deliveryCoordinate changes in customer demand/buying patterns with supply chain team in order to manage inventoryTroubleshoot issues with delivery (e.g. missing/damaged cases, late delivery, etc.) to final resolutionCreate and update reporting to support account functionsCoordinate product sampling for customerProvide administrative support for our top sales teamCoordinate cross-functionally with sales, supply chain, logistics, and financeSpecial projects upon requestThere will be an opportunity to attend customer shows and sales meetings (not required)
