Lead Sales Representative (Finance)



As a Lead Sales Representative here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in driving sales and expanding our market presence in the Southeast United States region. Oursalesapproach begins by identifying customer demands before they become challenges. We're committed to delivering customer success through our comprehensive expertise in software and technology.

In this role you will drivesales, identify and generatecyber securityopportunities focused onoperational technology(OT). You will fosterclient satisfaction. You will develop customer relationships through coordinating and/or attending trade shows, seminars, etc. You will provide education of Honeywell product throughtechnical presentations, seminars and workshops. You will manage, maintain, and provide reports and opportunity status using our customer relationship management system. You will analyzecompetitive intelligenceandmarket trends. You will work withSales Inventory Operations Planning (SIOP) to strategically align sellers and customer accounts.

You will report directly to our Sr. Sales Manager, and you'll work out of one of Honeywell's Southeast United States locations on a Hybrid work schedule.

In this role, you will impact the company's growth by leveraging your sales expertise to build strong relationships with customers and drive revenue. Your efforts will directly contribute to Honeywell's success in the cybersecurity sector.As the Lead Sales Representative, you will be accountable for prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales opportunities to meet or exceed sales targets.YOU MUST HAVE

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity solutions and market dynamics.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales analytics.
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 7+ years of experience in sales, with a focus on technology or cybersecurity solutions.

  • Lead sales efforts in South East US region, focusing on cybersecurity solutions.
  • Develop and maintain strategic relationships with key clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless implementation and support of cybersecurity offerings.
  • Visit customers regularly and attend trade shows, seminars, and other events
  • Review customer reports, identify areas we can grow offerings, and conduct product trainings
  • Manage a portfolio of clients and deliver an exception customer experience
