HR Generalist (Finance)



Dynisco is a global high precision sensor and testing technology business focused on providing our customers with innovative insights to improve safety, quality, and performance. We are seeking a people-driven HR Generalist to join our global HR team on site in Franklin, MA. Our team's mission is to hire, develop, and partner with OUR people - and to provide as much clarity as possible in their roles here at Dynisco.

You will join a team led by the VP, HR and have awesome colleagues in Massachusetts, Germany, and Malaysia. The role will sit on site here and you will instantly add value and be appreciated for your contributions.

We need someone who wants to
  • welcome our new employee through our onboarding process, including our new hire experience and first day onboarding
  • be our resident HRIS expert
  • champion employee engagement through events, communication, and training -both inside and outside the workplace walls
  • support the performance development and recognition process
  • own the recruiting and hiring process
  • get into the data, data, data
  • have a good grasp of employment law
  • challenge the way things have been done in the past to make things better

You'll do great in this role if you have
  • a Bachelor's degree
  • 2+ years in a People Operations or HR Generalist role
  • worked in UKG or a similar HRIS
  • experience in manufacturing/technology

  • has used Awardco, UKG, LinkedIn, OpenAI and/or SharePoint

Dynisco is part of the Indicor group of companies and is based in Franklin, MA. This role will sit on site during the week and won't require much if any travel.
