Field Service Technician (Project Management)
Customer Service Excellence: Consistently exceed customer expectations by providing professional, timely, and high-quality service.
Equipment Maintenance & Repair: Inspect, test, troubleshoot, service, repair, and maintain power distribution system equipment, including low (480V), medium (5kV-15kV), and high voltage (34.5kV) systems
Electrical Testing: Set up and perform electrical tests on equipment such as transformers, circuit breakers, switchgear, protective relays, and other power distribution component.
Emergency Response: Participate in an on-call rotation and respond promptly to customer emergencies, ensuring minimal downtime.
Safety Compliance: Adhere to all safety policies outlined in the company safety manual and customer-specific guidelines, including proper Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
Collaboration & Communication: Maintain a positive, team-oriented attitude, effectively communicating with customers, colleagues, and management to ensure operational success.
Documentation: Prepare and maintain detailed reports on tests, repairs, and maintenance activities, ensuring accurate records of all work performed.
Additional Duties: Perform other tasks as assigned by management to support operational needs.
