Program Manager Lead (Finance)

The Program Manager Lead will be responsible for scaling the Newton program by leading all relevant corporate responsibilities, including Certified Distributor Network (CDN) management, product merchandising, and coordination with manufacturing.

Responsibilities Include:

  • Own implementation of current Newton strategy
  • Evolve strategy to keep up with market changes
  • Serve as the central point of contact for all internal and external stakeholders
  • Keep stakeholders up to date with regular communications
  • Manage and continuously evolve CDN terms & conditions
  • Onboard and manage existing CDN members, and recruit new members
  • Coordinate w/ Sales to help CDN win major opportunities
  • Align merchandizing plan between Sales, Customer, & Product Line Strategy
  • Design and manage pricing plan for internal and CDN users
  • Maintain accurate pricing, costs, & kits
  • Work with internal and external teams to manage the new product development pipeline
  • Work with Training to ensure program is up to date, and run aspects of training
  • Own and evolve the value proposition
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales as needed
  • Own sales forecast + coordinate with Manufacturing to align capacity
  • Set up a program to manage rebates with the CDN
  • Implement and manage CDN-facing and customer-facing digital tools
  • Own & manage various legal contracts

Qualifications Include:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field
  • Experience in program or project management, sales/channel management, product merchandising, operations, and/or training
  • Proven ability to lead by influence across diverse teams
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and presentation skills
  • Comfortability with strategic ambiguity and ability to drive clarity
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Demonstrated growth mindset and proactive problem-solving
  • Familiarity with digital tools and platforms used in distributor or customer engagement
  • Understanding of legal and regulatory environments, including contracts and patents
