Overview

The Property and Grounds Technician at CFC Properties is responsible for assisting the Property Manager in maintaining the overall cleanliness, functionality, and appearance of the property.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain mowing equipment, ensuring optimal performance and safety
• Perform landscape maintenance tasks, including trimming, edging, power washing, removing debris, etc.
• Safely pack, load, transport, and unload furniture, supplies, or other materials and equipment
• Deep clean property areas and furniture
• General maintenance and upkeep of equipment and property
• Snow removal
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Must have regular and punctual attendance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required
• Ability to operate and do routine maintenance on small machinery like lawnmowers, weed trimmers, and snow plows.
• A strong aptitude in maintenance trades and landscaping
• Self-starter with good interpersonal skills
• Must have reliable transportation and valid driver's license

• Ability to work independently with little supervision

Physical Requirements:

• Able to climb stairs, ladders
• Ability to walk, stand for long periods of time
• Able to bend & lift, crouch & stoop, kneeling & crawling
• Overhead reach, pushing, pulling, and hand tool use
• Able to lift 50+ pounds

• Ability to perform manual labor and working in various weather conditions
