Job Description:

Job Summary

Responsible for overseeing and driving the development and success of a product throughout its lifecycle. Acts as the bridge between stakeholders, including customers, business leaders, and development teams, to ensure the product meets user needs and business objectives. Key responsibilities include defining the product vision and strategy, prioritizing features and tasks, creating and maintaining product backlog, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products on time.

Essential Job Responsibilities

  • Responsible for threading thogether the Artificial Intelligence and AI focuses roadmap for areas of operational efficiency gains across Contact Center, Operations, Claims Analysis, and Developer Experience.
  • Demonstrates the ability to clearly understand product purpose, target audience, and long-term goals, aligning these against business unit objectives
  • Develops product strategy (“How do we win?”) hypothesis and interprets data to gauge success of resulting functionality.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and prioritize new features and Epics (?) to solve specific needs defined by the business, keeping in mind technical limitations.
  • Demonstrates proficiency in sequencing to produce a roadmap of numerous product lines against business needs and current deficiencies. 
  • Leads the development of User Stories and Acceptance Criteria by which a functional deliverable is considered complete across the front-end, back-end, and databasing layers.
  • Develops go-to-market plans, coordinating efforts with partners in Marketing, Training, Sales, and Operations.
  • Leads and/or oversees smoke testing of new functionality in the User Acceptance Testing phase prior to product and stakeholder sign-off.
  • Uses data and understanding of technology and business trends to propose net-new growth opportunities for your assigned products.
  • Oversees the execution of tasks for a cross-functional engineering and design execution team.
  • Oversee the development of individual team members, as well as overall team performance, supporting the team to adopt best practices, methodologies, and tools that improve productivity and efficiency.
     

Qualifications & Characteristics

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Proven track record of leadership in product management/product owner roles, with at least 5 years of experience in leading a team.
  • Demonstrated expertise in product strategy development.
  • Experience building and shipping AI cost efficiency systems, tools, and capabilities is a must.
  • Ability to analyze data, metrics, and market research to make informed decisions to optimize product performance.
  • Strong business acumen to deliver product improvements that improve the competitive position of the business.
  • Skilled in prioritizing features and tasks based on business value, user feedback, and market demand.
  • Willingness to embrace change, iterate on ideas, and respond quickly to evolving market dynamics and user feedback. #LI-KS1 #LI-Remote

The Compensation range for this role is 130,000.00 to 155,000.00 USD annually and may be eligible for an annual bonus.

Your specific salary will be determined based on several factors:

  • Location-based market rate for the role

  • Your abilities in relation to the job specification

  • Performance during screening and interview

  • Pay parity with the wider team in the considered location
