We're seeking a collaborative, team-focused Software Developer for our tactical development team, ensuring new COCC clients a successful transition into our banking software. This developer will support the conversions process with coding, writing scripts and troubleshooting while focusing on efficiency projects.

What you'll do…

  • Designs and codes solutions for conversions, special requests, enhancements and defects
  • Reviews inputs, processes, and outputs
  • Codes needed changes and/or corrections and updates code library and unit tests all code changes
  • Develops operator instructions where necessary
  • May provide support for off-hours production issues
  • Assists in testing functionality, researches problems discovered and works on possible follow-up unit testing

What you'll bring…

  • Bachelor's degree is preferred for this role but will consider appropriate work experience and/or relevant certifications.
  • 2-3 years programming in a comparable work environment
  • Experience with PL/SQL
  • Experience with Oracle Financials
  • Knowledge of several high-level programming languages including C#, Java and Python
  • Knowledge of OO Concepts, Relational Database and Data Management concepts
  • Strong communication skills both verbally and written, and the ability to collaborate and communicate across teams and levels of the organization

The salary range for this role is $75000-85380

This is a full-time, permanent role working a hybrid schedule out of Southington, CT
