Director - IT Solution Delivery and Support (Finance)

Johnsonville, LLCDirector - IT Solution Delivery and SupportPosition Overview: The Director of IT Solution & Delivery is responsible for overseeing the strategic planning, implementation, and management of IT solutions and services. This role ensures the alignment of IT initiatives with business objectives, driving innovation and efficiency across the organization. The Director will lead a team of IT professionals, manage vendor relationships, and ensure the delivery of high-quality IT services. Responsibilities:
Strategic Planning:Develop and execute IT strategies that support business goals and drive digital transformation.
Project Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of IT projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and develop a team of IT professionals, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
Vendor Management:Manage relationships with external vendors and service providers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality solutions and services.
Budget Management:Develop and manage the IT budget, ensuring cost-effective use of resources.
Risk Management:Identify and mitigate risks associated with IT projects and operations.
Stakeholder Engagement:Collaborate with IT peers and business leaders to understand their needs and ensure IT solutions meet their requirements.
Performance Monitoring:Establish metrics and KPIs to monitor the performance of IT services and solutions, driving continuous improvement.
Education:
Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field required; Master's degree preferred
Experience:
Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role
Skills:
Strong leadership and team management skill
Excellent project management and organizational skills.
Proficiency in IT strategy development and execution.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, applications, and security.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage budgets and vendor relationships effectively.
Other:
Willingness to work hours outside of normal hours as needed
Ability to travel
On-call rotation (7x24) with other team members
