Academic Program Specialist (Finance)
The Office of Graduate & Postdoctoral Affairs in the Morsani College of Medicine seeks qualified applicants for 2 Academic Program Support positions. The Academic Program Support Specialists will perform a wide variety of instructional, programmatic, and administrative work supporting the Master's in Medical Sciences Pre-Professional Program (MSP3) during the fall 2025 and spring 2026 semesters.Minimum Qualifications:
This position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, with four years of experience in office or administrative positions.
Appropriate college coursework or vocational/technical training may substitute at an equivalent rate for the required experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
Successful completion of the MSP3 program with top academic standing.
FLSB1310 Equivalency:
4 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for bachelor's degree.
6 years of directly relevant experience may be substituted for master's degree.Working at USF
