Fire Alarm Field Service Technician II (Syracuse Service Area) (Finance)

In this role, you will impact the effectiveness of our fire alarm systems, enhancing the safety of buildings and the well-being of occupants. Your work will ensure compliance with safety regulations and contribute to the overall success of our service operations.Responsibilities include installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting fire alarm systems, performing routine inspections to ensure safety compliance, and offering technical support to customers and service teams.YOU MUST HAVE

  • Minimum of 2+ years of proven experience in fire alarm systems or a similar role.
  • Strong technical knowledge and understanding of fire alarm technologies.
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to fire alarm systems.
  • Experience with relevant tools and technologies used in fire alarm installation and maintenance.

WE VALUE
  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; relevant certifications preferred.
  • Experience in field service operations and customer service.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating strong problem-solving skills.
  • NICET I or higher certification.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Install, maintain, and troubleshoot fire alarm systems to ensure optimal performance.
