  • Execute cash settlements for expense invoices, forward contract settlements, and transfers between entities to position cash for deal fundings
  • Support the management of multiple middle market direct lending debt facilities (subscription line, asset-backed / leverage lines, corporate revolvers, and CLOs) with thorough understanding of the related documentation and deliverables
  • Prepare, maintain, and submit all schedules / reports required under credit agreements
  • Monitor compliance to debt covenants / restrictions / thresholds for multiple debt facilities
  • Contribute to monitoring deal pipeline activity, deal funding / liquidity forecasts, and allocations
  • Coordinate foreign currency hedging transactions, reconcile transactions and outstanding forward contracts with hedge counterparties
  • Support the loan rating process with various rating agencies and maintain database
  • Communicate with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide support to the Fund Operations team in periods of peak demand and ad hoc projects
  • Join a global operations team by working with staff located in Chicago, Newark, and Ireland

What you will Bring

  • 2 to 4 years of accounting, audit, fund administration or operations experience in financial services
  • Experience in a Treasury role (private credit firm preferred), custodian bank, administrative agent, cash and/or debt facility management or within underwriting fund debt facilities at a bank is a plus
  • Strong Excel modeling & analysis skills, Wall Street Office, Sentry, Allvue (fka Black Mountain), and Kyriba systems a plus
  • Ability to convey sense of urgency and to work productively with both internal and external business partners (Prudential Enterprise, investment professionals, banking partners, etc.)
  • Strong organizational skills including the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and adjust priorities as needed
  • Superior analytical skills, accuracy and careful attention to detail are essential
  • Critical thinking and problem-solving experience required
