This is a full-time position that will encompass both the scheduling and central supply roles:
As the staffing coordinator at Colonial Vista Post Acute, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our facility operates smoothly and efficiently. Your primary responsibility will be to coordinate, allocate, and manage staff schedules in a fast-paced environment that prioritizes patient care and service excellence. You will work closely with department heads and wellness professionals to understand their staffing needs, taking into account peak times, employee availability, and special requests. Your organizational skills will be integral to creating schedules that ensure coverage for all shifts while adhering to labor laws and organizational policies. Additionally, you will be responsible for maintaining communication with staff regarding their schedules, addressing any conflicts, and making adjustments as necessary. This role requires a detail-oriented mindset, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. As a member of the central supply team, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating the seamless operation of our facility, supporting staff in providing optimal care and service to our clients. You will handle a wide range of tasks from inventory management to order fulfillment, contributing to the overall operational excellence of the organization.
