Maintenance Coordinator (Finance)



Essential Functions: Changed from Key Duties and Responsibilities
  • Demonstrate commitment to safety and perform job duties in accordance with company safety policies and procedures
  • Demonstrate commitment to quality and perform job duties in adherence to GMP guidelines
  • Assist in daily work order distribution and ongoing daily deployment of maintenance team
  • Conduct daily communication with crews and supervisors on emergency calls
  • Assist in PM development
  • Assist in prioritizing work orders/requests
  • Perform work order review, EAM Reporting, and follow up
  • Perform ordering of parts, job planning, and kitting of parts
  • Understand department communication systems, schedules, time/attendance system and job reporting requirements
  • Perform other duties as assigned by management/supervisors
  • Maintain department calendar and schedules
  • Review parts inventory monthly for re-ordering; maintain inventory to ensure parts remain in stock
  • Receive parts order and enter in EAM
  • Coordinate inbound and outbound maintenance shipping
  • Track Vendor warranties and site visits

  • 5s parts organization in maintenance

Education/Certification

  • Education Desired - High School Diploma or Equivalent

Additional Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities

  • Safety sensitive position - ability to work in a constant state of alertness and a safe manner
  • Ability to work overtime and weekends as required based upon the needs of the business
  • Ability to work on a rotating shift as needed
  • Ability to effectively work in teams
  • Ability to work in a production-based environment with moving equipment and people
  • Ability to interact and communicate effectively with a wide variety of roles
  • Ability to read a tape measure/ruler
  • Good mathematical skills
  • MS Office skills (Word, Excel, SharePoint)

The expected salary range for this position is $21-$24/hour . This role is also eligible for an annual incentive plan and for a full benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance; basic term life, AD&D, Short and Long term disability; EAP; 401(k) retirement savings plan; PTO and paid holidays.
