Job Description Summary:
Manages the CRM platform's day-to-day operations while implementing system enhancements, ensuring data integrity, and driving adoption through training and support. Collaborates with Director of CRM Operations and Business Strategy, IT, Finance, Marketing, and Executive Leadership to ensure the CRM is optimized to support business development, proposal development efficiency, and keep pace with the company's growth and strategic direction.
