What Youll Do:
Direct and manage a team of high-performing Factory Sales RepresentativesDistribute leads and monitor daily performance across your sales teamProvide real-time coaching and support to ensure every demo delivers resultsMotivate and inspire your team to exceed revenue goals and customer expectationsPartner with internal departments to ensure smooth sales-to-installation handoffsConduct weekly sales meetings, performance reviews, and ride-alongsTrack metrics, monitor KPIs, and adjust strategies to maximize successIdentify future leaders and mentor them for growth within the companyOwn the "cancel/save" process to recover revenue and improve retentionEnsure reps are equipped with the right tools, materials, and mindset to win
