Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader - Digital Power Operations

Location: Nashville (preferred), Raleigh, Dallas, Chicago (Hybrid work schedule with 2 days remote potential)

Business Unit: Digital Power

Reports To: Director of Operations for Digital Power

Travel: Up to 10% potential as needed

Schneider Electric is seeking a visionary and results-driven Center of Excellence (CoE) Leader to drive the delivery of our $200M Digital Power Solutions business. This high-impact role is central to transforming how we deliver complex energy management projects across critical segments such as Data Centers, Commercial Buildings, and CS&P accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Strategic Leadership: Build and scale a world-class CoE aligned with business goals and customer needs.
  • Team Management: Lead a high-performing team of Technical Leaders, SCADA developers, training specialists, and design engineers.
  • Resource Strategy: Develop scalable strategies to support rapid business growth and evolving project demands.
  • Operational Transformation: Champion innovation, agility, and efficiency in Digital Power Operations.
  • Project Execution: Drive excellence in the delivery of complex Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) projects.
  • Competency Development: Lead training and upskilling in Power SCADA (EPO), Power Monitoring Expert (PME), and metering technologies.
  • Global Collaboration: Partner with global teams to harmonize standards and processes for CS&P accounts.
  • Innovation & Productivity: Leverage AI, automation, and digital tools to enhance team performance and operational outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • Strong background in Digital Power, SCADA systems, or energy management solutions.
  • Proven leadership in managing cross-functional technical teams.
  • Experience in Power Monitoring and Metering systems.
  • Demonstrated success in operational transformation and scaling.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience with AI and automation tools is a plus.
