Server (Food Services)
Greets customers within 1 - 2 two minutes of being seated
Acts courteously and with sincerity toward all customers
Ability to multi-task
Answers inquiries about beer or menu items in a sincere and engaging manner
Takes and inputs food and beverage orders accurately
Coordinates with kitchen staff to clarify special requests
Completes side work in a timely manner
Assists customers with merchandise, growlers and bottled beer to-go and recommends additional products/items to upsell guests
Maintains knowledge of beer selections, menu items, preparation method, ingredients, and prices
All other duties as assigned
QUALIFICATIONS
Versatility, flexibility, and a willingness to work within constantly changing priorities with enthusiasm

Minimum 3 years of serving experience in a high volume restaurant
Strong knowledge of beer and the brewing process
WORKING CONDITIONS
Ability to lift up to 60 lbs on your own and up to 160 lbs with help
Ability to stand for long periods of time
